Dukan Cabbage Pie for Cruise

Good afternoon, friends, glad to see you! I really love cabbage pie, because it is my favorite! And there have been many attempts to prepare such a pie according to Ducan. I think this recipe for cabbage pie is the most successful and I recommend it to you!

  • cabbage - 250-300 g
  • small onion - 1 pc.
  • oat bran, ground into flour - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • corn starch - 1 tbsp spoon (= 1 additional product)
  • skimmed milk powder - 2 tbsp. spoons (= 2/3 of the product from the list of additional)
  • eggs - 3 whites and 2 yolks or 2 large eggs
  • vegetable oil - 1 tsp
  • salt, sweetener, baking powder

Preparation

Cut the onion into cubes.

Chop the cabbage into strips.

Lightly fry the onion with vegetable oil. Add cabbage to it, a little water and simmer until half cooked. Salt, if you like sweet cabbage or your sauerkraut - you can add ¼ measuring spoon "Fitparada".

Beat the whites until stable peaks. Thoroughly mix the yolks with oat bran and salt, and immediately add a mixture of yolks and bran to the proteins, sift (so that there are no lumps) starch, milk powder and baking powder.

We mix everything until smooth, from bottom to top, so that the proteins do not fall off. Put half the dough on the bottom of the mold, and cabbage on it. The inner dimension of my mold is 26 cm x 10 cm, height 7 cm.

Then put the remaining half of the dough on top and put in a preheated oven. We bake until tender.
